Display communication protocols provide end users with a graphical interface to a remote desktop or published application. - May 18, 2015 Ever since I updated my Horizon environment to View Agent 6.1 (from 6.0.2), I get either customization timeouts or protocol failures. This does not happen to all VM's in this pool, only a small portion. I'm not sure what is causing this. The only thing that I did in this master image was install the new version of the view agent.
